5 Habits You Must Develop to Become Intentionally Successful

Are you being intentionally successful? Have you ever painted “$1,000,000” on your ceiling or posted note affirmations all around your house?

I know I have. I do it all the time.

Yes... I use mantras and anything else I can find to keep me on task to reach my goals and intentions.

If you want to learn more, read on for 5 Habits You Must to Develop to Be Intentionally Successful.

1. Get enough sleep.

Millionaires don't do Netflix and nights. And they don't binge watch either. They set their clocks for the next day and go to bed because they have things to do and people to see. They know that sleep is a critical element of success. So turn off that TV and turn on the alarm you want to start developing your mindset for millions.

2. Wake up early.

Breakfast in bed is a myth for the aspiring millionaire. Early to bed and early to rise should be your mantra. If you want to get started on the path to millions wake up with the birds and go to sleep with the babies. For most millionaires a 5:00 a.m start is the norm, so while else is asleep they work in a zone and can complete more by 9 a.m. than most do all day. Want more hours in the day? Wake up earlier.

3. Exercise regularly.

Don't believe the hype, that a life on the beach and eating chocolate on a yacht is where it is at. Millionaires, they have the luxury of spending a week or two in the South of France, but only after they have worked out every morning or evening and spent countless hours on the phone making deals happen and while also making sure to read a couple of good books along the way.

They know that exercise isn't limited to their bodies so they exercise their minds by reading or listening to audio tapes regularly. Studies show that most millionaires work-out on average 3.5 days out of every week.

If you want to be able to handle rigors of success, you need to create a regular regimen of exercise that happens at least 3 to 4 times per week.

4. Read (books).

Add at least 30 minutes of ready for your mind and consistent routine of some sport that challenges you to make the time, develop endurance and stay committed to the long hall. Tom Corley, the author of Rich Habits, states that eighty-five percent of all self-made millionaires read at least two books a month. What is the last book that you read to improve your mind?

Personally, I also love this statement "Rich people would rather be educated than entertained." And I hate this one, "if you want to make sure "black don't know something" put it in a book.

Whether it is a book or a self-help book. You should be reading. Logout of Facebook and login to Audible.com. You'll be surprised what you can learn in just 30 to 45 minutes per day of just listening. I find that having an audible account keeps me from mindless listening to the talk-radio which does not feed my mind and some cases can be very depressing.

5. Create to-do lists.

What to do or not to do. When you have daily to do this it tends to keep you on task. Especially if you're like me "have Entrepreneurial A.D.D." Meaning easily distracted by all the amazing ideas, that pop into my head in the midst of working on the task at hand.

What I know for sure is, if you are not consistently checking items achieved, off your list you are not moving forward.

And remember, you don't simply what to check off items at the top of the list. (I'm guilty of this because I'm so happy I finished something)

You must also be adding new ideas to the bottom of the list. is that "structure gives you freedom". Meaning when you create the habit of using to-do lists, you have the freedom to choose what to put on the list and the freedom to spend as much time as you need to get it done.

Start your day with a TO DO LIST at least 81 % of all millionaires do.

What I find equally as interesting is that studies show (read Tom Corley's book Rich Habits) only 1 percent of the poor use a to-do list. (I wonder if that is why they are poor- definitely a factor as to why they stay poor). Now that's not a 1 percent category you don't want to be in.

You can't stay poor if you are constantly achieving something. It is not physically possible. The Law of Attraction would begin to apply and start to attract abundance simply because of the achievement of growth through action.

And finally, if you find it's hard to stick to it. Start small add three to list today. Check them off when they are completed and add 3 more.

Inch by inch it's a cinch". 2 p.m.

Intentional Tip: Make your to-do list the background of your phone or computer desktop. There’s no getting away from your technology, and now, there’s no getting away from your list.
